Job Title:  Marination Production Worker

Shift:  1st Shift

Scheduled Hours:  4:30am – 1:30pm

Pay Rate:  *$17.50 (*Includes Attendance Incentive)

Job Duties:  Assists in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department.    Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Set-up/Tear-down workstation as required; assist operator in gathering and measuring ingredients for brine; move tubs/vbins of meat as required; completes assigned paperwork; uses a hand or power jack to move product to and from work area after proper PIE training as required and based on production needs; and maintains the work area in a safe and sanitary manner.  Works trash dock and removes trash and debris from production areas as required.  All other duties assigned.  This is a safety sensitive position.
